kevin trouble coade p0320 ign/distributor engin speed i have replaced cam&crank sensors this did not fix the problem the truck wont start fuel pressure is around 50 to 52 psi during cranking it tries to run but seems to want to flood out  thank you for your help dana

The title for the tests will be P-0320 NO CRANK REFERENCE
SIGNAL AT PCM. (DIESEL)
When Monitored and Set Condition:
P-0320 NO RPM SIGNAL TO PCM (DIESEL)
When Monitored: Engine running.
Set Condition: The Engine speed at PCM is less than 800 RPM, while the RPM at the
ECM is greater than 1024 RPM and Battery voltage is between 10.5 and 15.0 volts.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
RPM WITHIN 100 RPM OF TACH
CKP OUT TO JTEC CIRCUIT OPEN
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE DEFECTIVE
CKP OUT TO JTEC CIRCUIT SHORTED TO 12 .0 VOLTS
CKP OUT TO JTEC CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
ENGINE CONTROL MODULE DEFECTIVE
