Dodge Repair: brakes, dodge ram, caliper

Question
what is the proper procedure for bleeding the brakes on a 96 dodge ram 4x4? do you have the motor running while doing it?

Answer
have a  full master cly  start with the caliper to the right r first  the left rear  then right front then left front. Pump pedal up 3 times  hold it  some one at the other end release the bleeder screw  then tighten back up  repeat until clean fluid comes out the bleeder.
