Dodge Repair: 2003 intrepid gas tank, gasoline container, vent lines

i just went to fill my tank and the fuel kept backing up like the tank was full, this happened after i only put a half gallon of gas in it, it kept doing this over and over what could be causing this problem, i thought it was the gas pump but went and tried a different one and that was not the case

• Kinked/plugged fuel tank vent lines
• Replacing the fuel tank control valve
• Replacing the Leak Detection Pump (LDP) filter
• Unplugging or replacing the fuel tank fill tube assembly

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The fuel tank is slow to fill because of lack of venting.
