Dodge Repair: Headlight replacement, 2006 dodge stratus, negative cable

Question
How do u change the headlight bulb in an 2006 Dodge Stratus. I removed the nuts and screw that I though was holding it in but it still didn't move only loosened it.

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the two retaining screws.
Remove upper fascia retainers by prying under the head of the fasteners with a flat bladed tool.
Remove headlamp unit from fender side first, then pull headlamp unit out.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the bulbs.
Remove the headlamp unit.
