Dodge Repair: Spark plug condition 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8L, dodge grand caravan, haynes repair manual

Question
I just bought a 2005 dodge grand caravan SXT with 85000 miles.  I was reading the maintenance logbook schedule B for spark plug replacement and they are to be replace at 75000 miles.  I asked if the spark plugs were replace when I bought the vehicle and they said no so I was curious what the plugs looked like.  I remove the 3 forward plugs and all 3 were WHITE.  The plugs I removed were Champion RE14PLP5 which are the ones stated on the sticker under the hood.  Looking in the Haynes Repair Manual the recommendation were:
check for the correct plug heat range
over advanced ignition timing
lean fuel mixture
intake manifold vacuum leaks
sticking valves and insufficient engine cooling
I do not believe the cause would be insufficient engine cooling or sticking valves, I do not believe it would be lean fuel mixture since it is fuel injected.  It maybe a intake manifold vacuum leak but the vehicle does not ideal rough.  Could someone have over advanced the ignition timing trying to sell a car?  How would you check and adjust the ignition timing?  How do you check for vacuum leaks?
Thank you for your help
Regards
Tony

Answer
with all that posed  not one mention to what your probe is.
If u want to replace your plugs  go ahead  replace them with the some ones U have now  dont change the brand  champion  only.
as for timing  u cant change it
a vac leak most of the time will cause a check engine light to come on with a fuel system rich code.
