Dodge Repair: Frozen Heater Lines, dodge neon sxt, 2004 dodge neon sxt

Question
QUESTION: I just purchased a 2004 dodge neon sxt yesterday and today when I turned on the heat, it wasn't blowing through the vents. I stopped and put up the hood, and the lines were frozen.

ANSWER: unless the temp was -40  that would be impossible   also assuming that is also if there is antifreeze in the cooling system.

QUESTION: The car was just taken off the lot two days ago. Assuming that they had everything up to standard it should be correct. But seriously there is ice on the lines running into the firewall and down behind the radiator. After turning the car on this morning heat was coming through the vents, but the lines were already icing. I am guessing that after so much ice gets on the lines that it causes a buildup and wont let air force through. Is there some type of sensor that doesn't recognize whether the heat or A/C is on that would be causing this?

Answer
I think u might be looking at the ac lines   like I said  unless u live in - temperatures  its impossible for heater lines to freeze up.  Plus when u run the car  any ice would melt off or inside.  Check coolant level and if U have orange color in there.
