Dodge Repair: Dodge Caravan Integrated Power Module, heating resistor, dodge caravan

QUESTION: I buy 2003 Dodge Caravan. the seller told me it have heating resistor problem...
but actually when i toke it to mechanic he said resistor is ok, motor is ok. relay and fuses are ok ... problem is in fuse box.
can i check that problem by myself or can i fix it

QUESTION: it have heating but blower in not working at all. but when they plug it directly it works

u mean u have a blower motor issue  weather its blowing hot or cold air is not the issue  it wont blow air at all correct?
Do u have auto temp controls or manual temp controls?
Do u also have power at the blower motor?

The IPM and front controller are the fuse box and silver computer under the hood attached to each other.
