Dodge Repair: 2003 Intrepid washer fluid, negative battery cable, headlamp assembly

Question
My girlfriends washer fluid won't pump out of her 03 Intrepid.  I'm not sure if the line is frozen, because I don't here any noise when we try to pump the fluid.  I haven't done much to look at since we're college students and there isn't a clean dry place to crawl on the ground in the winter.  Do you have a diagram or instructions on pump replacement?

Answer
REMOVAL
Open hood and disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post.
Remove the left headlamp assembly and set aside. Refer to Electrical, Lamps/Lighting - Exterior, Headlamp Unit (Intrepid), Removal.
Remove the four retaining bolts to the washer reservoir (WASHER RESERVOIR REMOVAL).
Disconnect the pump and sensor wire connectors.
Disconnect the washer hose.
Disconnect the washer filler hose.
Pivot the inboard side of the reservoir forward and lift out of vehicle.
Carefully pull the pump out of the reservoir (WASHER RESERVOIR).
NOTE: When replacing the pump, make sure to use a new grommet for proper sealing and to avoid leaks.
