QUESTION: It has a rear air system not sure if the they run freon to a evap core for that, probably, I don't know wheelbase it is a standard mini van. Yes tried Recirc and it helps some. I live in Phoenix and 50 at vent just won't cut it here. My 2006 Chevy Silverado runs 30 at vent and it get chilly inside. This van just doesn't have as good AC as you need I guess. Thanks

Answer
High humidity area is hard to get it down that low  a van also has a larger area to cool down then your truck does as well  all of that is factors that play in getting it down to the temp u want.
Here is a few tricks to help out. When u get in turn on AC  outside air  lower windows down a few inches for 3 min. Turn on rec then put windows up  and have the rear air on full cold as well as front. Your system fill should be 2.88 lbs or 3.0 something  if u add to much it will not work well and to little will do the same.
