Dodge Repair: 2004 Neon SXT Timing Belt Cover, timing belt tensioner, vibration damper

Question
How do I remove the timing belt cover from an 04 Neon SXT? I am replacing the Cylinder Head and that is the last thing i need to remove in order to pull the head out. Please HELP!!!

INSTALLATION
REAR COVER
Install rear cover and tighten bolts to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.) (Rear Timing Belt Cover).
Install the camshaft sprocket on the camshaft.
CAUTION: DO NOT use an impact wrench (or any other air operated tool) for tightening the camshaft sprocket bolt. Damage to the camshaft timing pin can result. ONLY use a hand wrench while holding camshaft sprocket with Special Tool.

Install camshaft sprocket retaining bolt. While holding sprocket with Special Tools C-4687 and modified Adaptor C-4687-1, tighten attaching bolt to 115 N·m (85 ft. lbs.).
Install timing belt tensioner/bracket assembly (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY - INSTALLATION).
Install timing belt (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT AND SPROCKETS - INSTALLATION).
Install front timing belt cover. Refer to FRONT COVER
FRONT COVER
Install front cover and tighten bolts to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.) (Front Timing Belt Cover).
Position engine mount bracket to its mounting location. Hand start the upper two bolts of the engine mount bracket (Engine Mount Bracket).
Lower engine with jack.
Install lower engine mount bracket bolt. Tighten bolt to 61 N·m (45 ft. lbs.) (Engine Mount Bracket).
Raise engine with jack.
Tighten upper engine mount bracket bolts to 61 N·m (45 ft. lbs.) (Engine Mount Bracket).
Install power steering pump assembly.
Lower engine with jack.
Install right engine mount to engine mount bracket through bolt. Tighten bolt to 118 N·m (87 ft. lbs.) (Right Engine Mount to Bracket).
Remove jack from under engine.
Raise vehicle on hoist.
Install lower torque strut (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/ENGINE MOUNTING/TORQUE STRUT - INSTALLATION).
Install crankshaft damper (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/ENGINE BLOCK/VIBRATION DAMPER - INSTALLATION).
Install accessory drive belts (Refer to 7 - COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - INSTALLATION).
Install accessory drive belt splash shield.
Lower vehicle.
Install upper torque strut (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/ENGINE MOUNTING/TORQUE STRUT - INSTALLATION).
Install fastener securing ground strap to engine mount bracket.
Connect negative battery cable.
Perform torque strut adjustment procedure (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/ENGINE MOUNTING/TORQUE STRUT - ADJUSTMENTS).
