Dodge Repair: 96 Dodge Caravan, dodge caravan, clock spring

Question
Hello I have a 96 Caravan with some real weird issues. Firstly, my airbag light comes on occasionally and then my blinkers and stereo do not work, i turn it off and turn it back on and it is fine Secondly, i have a code 43 and the engine light is mostly on but intermittently it turns off by itself and now i am having problems starting due to wiring, bad fuel pump, bad relay,or bad filter. I am unsure of where to go with this next but the van will start if i kick the gas tank and have someone crank it over at the same time ( this would lead me to believe it is the gas pump but i have no problems once it has started and during highway speeds), this doesn't happen all the time either Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thank You

Answer
the air bag issue  i would say is the clock spring  they have a life time recall for them, as the blinker and radio they might be different issues. By kicking the fuel pump and it starts to work  yes u need a new pump.  I dont have any reference to code 43 sorry.
