Dodge Repair: 03 Stratus Front Speaker Replacement., negative cable, harness connector

Question
Recently the front passenger side speaker in our 2003 stratus quit working. I was wondering what is the easiest way to replace the speaker and how to do it. It doesn't look like the grill will just pop out like my camaro does. Just looking for a little insight. Thank you for your help.

REMOVAL
FRONT DOOR - JR41
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove door trim panel (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOOR - FRONT/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL).
Remove speaker screws.
Disconnect wire harness connector from speaker.
Remove speaker from door (DOOR SPEAKER - JR41).
FRONT DOOR - JR27
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Using a trim stick, pry speaker grill from door trim panel (DOOR SPEAKER - JR27).
Remove the speaker mounting fasteners.
Remove speaker from door trim panel.
Disconnect wire harness connector from speaker.
