Dodge Repair: 2003 Dodge Van 2500 electrical issues, dodge van, turn signals

Question
QUESTION: My radio and turn signals have stopped working, both at the same time.  I checked all fuses and relays, contacted the dealer, and they suggested the clockspring.  After a little research, I doubt the clockspring is the problem.  The van has cruise, a/c, 5.3v8, and is otherwise a stripper cargo van.  I'm leaning towards a relay that I missed, or the ignition switch.  The hazards, wipers, hvac, and power outlets work, as well as the backup lights, cruise, stop lamps, and overdrive.

ANSWER:   I dont see anything with the radio that will be linked to the turn lights. WHat part of the radio does not work??  take the radio out and see what power or ground source is missing and i can get u some more info.

QUESTION: None of the radio works.  No clock, no power, no nothing.  It's like the key is off.  As I said, it happened at the same time as the turn signals.  I suspect a relay in another location that I may have missed while checking the others, or the ignition switch.  I don't have a complete wiring diagram, so I'm a little handicapped, here.  All items listed in the original question are working, as are the speedo and gauges.

Answer
ok here is what u do get a test light or something that u can see power with.Turn the key on and check fuse #1 15 amp see if u get power on it  I want to see if u are getting the power from the IGN switch  that is the same ckt as the radio and the turn signals plus a few more things are on. If u dont have power then go with the switch.
