Dodge Repair: 96 Caravan no running lights tail lights or dashboard lights, daytime running light, dashboard lights

QUESTION: I have a 96 Dodge Caravan and a group of lights just stopped working.  The tail lights, running lights, and dashboard lights no longer work.  I replaced the headlight switch/dimmer assembly with no luck.  I have checked fuses and bulbs.  My next guess is the Daytime Running Light module.  Is this under the dashboard by the fuses?

QUESTION: No they don't work.  I'm in Peoria Illinois.

ANSWER: DID  u have day time running lights b4   most of the time older van never came with them unless it was a fleet van b4 u got it.

QUESTION: I think I have my terms wrong.  When I turn my headlight switch to the first click, that's what I'm calling the running lights.

thats  park lights   day time running lights is where your headlights are dim while driving in the day. With the key on u also have no other lights that come on at night  like the radio will will dim to what ever setting u have  and ash try  stuff like that? If u have checked all the fuses  inside and out  then u would be looking at a BCM and or junction block issue.
