Dodge Repair: 1998 Dodge Dakota Window Regulator, water dam, dodge dakota

Question
I am looking for simple instructions for replacing a window regulator in my 1998 Dodge Dakota.  I could not find anything online or in the the repair manual.  Is it a really hard job that a rookie should not be doing?  I need both sides replaced and the dealer is way too expensive.  thanks in advance.
