Dodge Repair: 2002 Dodge ram, air bubbles, vaporlock

Question
Runs hot, had therostat replaced by dealer, still running hot. The waterpumps is flowing and the radiator seem ok!
My Question is can the cooling system waterlock or vaporlock? If it can how can you get fluid into the block?
Thanks
Donald T.

Answer
fan working?  The system can have an air bubble. The bets way would be to have a coolant flush with a machine  if u think u have air trapped in there.  It would remove all the coolant when it is hot and the thermostat open and suck it out and install new coolant with no air bubbles.
