Dodge Repair: Passenger window not working, dodge neon, side switch

Question
I have a 2000 Dodge Neon that was broken into on the drivers side. The dealership supposedly repaired all the damage but when I picked it up, my passenger side window will not roll down using either the driver or passenger switch. The dealership says it has nothing to do with the break in. I did notice that the driver side switch is very loose and almost seems broken in it's own right.

If I can prove it was damaged due to a power surge when my car was broken into (my car alarm was fried and had to be replaced) I can write it off on the insurance. Is there any way I can check to see what's wrong without paying an arm and a leg?

Answer
well all this depends on what the extent of the damage was done when it was broken into  I can not tell u what that was because i can not see it. AS far as a spike in the alarm  i doubt it  the auto insurance guys usually know about cars and how they work  so i doubt u will get anything from that. Now if the guys that broke in tried to start the car and cut wire s and so on then i would say yes.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
