Dodge Repair: Dodge Carvan 96, dodge grand caravan, fuse block

None of the lighter/power oulets work in my '96 dodge grand caravan. I've looked at the fuses in the main fuse block, but they all seem fine. What elese could be the problem?

fuse # 21 25 amp  under hood pull it out and look at it to make sure.  if that is good  then swap the acc relay if still nothing  then u have a PTC which u cant change in the junction block with out replacing the whole junction block itself.
