Dodge Repair: Blower Motor Capacitor, blower motor resistor, hex screws

Question
Can you tell me where the Blower Motor Capacitor is on a 1998 Dodge Dakota, and how hard is it to replace? The dealer I go to wants to charge me $800.00. That seems rather high, or am I missing something?
