Question1997 Ram 1500,360,4x4,the shop said, the condenser is leaking. However, the system was recharged,lasted about 2 wks,never found the dye marker anywhere..
The second time the system was recharged,it lasted less than 24 hrs,still no dye.
I understand that condenser failure is a common problem with this model.
To replace the condenser is $1000! Is this our only solution or have we missed something?
Answernot a condenser that would be an evaporator inside the dash. yeah it happens. NO other way of repairing this no stop leak only messes up stuff by clogging more things and then u haft to hunt that down as well. If u live near Atlanta Georgia i would do this on the side for u for less.
