Dodge Repair: 2000 Dodge Caravan vent system, drb iii, dodge caravan


Question
I have a dodge 2000 Caravan. When diving with either the vents on or the AC all of a sudden the vents shut down so no air is coming out of either the vents or the defrosters.  You can hear the motor spining but nothing coming out . leak in the vent vacum system?  Is there a check valve. Where can I get a diagram of the vent system? Its not in my repar manual

there not vac controlled since 94.
Perform this test and see what lights blink after words
COOLDOWN TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TEST:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Open all A/C outlets
Depress A/C and WASH buttons simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds.
Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable result is when LED flashing stops.
Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown must be run separately.
