Dodge Repair: no Bus airbag light, dodge neon, oil light

Hi I have been having the air bag light flashing on my 02 dodge neon sxt for about a week now, and the word airbag stays on as well. now today on my odometer, the words no bus  shows up. and my indicator light flashes on and oil light. I checked the oil it is at minimum and i just had an oil change a month ago and oil filter, and I am not leaking any under the car or under hood.  My  dials jump up and down  while driving the car when this happens.  what do you suggest it  could be?  should i  start my adding oil, and possible changing the Iod fuse in the pdc? and where is that? helpppppppppp!

The no bus is no commutation on the network that all the computer talk to. U will need to take it to a  shop or dealer and have them look at this. This would be in the line of a computer taking down the bus or a wire  but from what u said the air bag light being on I would guess the air bag controller is taking down the bus.I would not make an attempt to work on this on your own.
