I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus 2.4 Dual over head cam....

Car stalling Ac relay /starter relay/fuel pump relay/and Asd realay click in and out revs up and down before shut off .... trouble codes on car dash show .. P0601 , P1684 , NOBU5 car starts back up after setting , sometimes i have to un hook negative battery terminal.

Hi,
Go to Auto Zone and get a Haynes repair manual that covers your car.  Diagnostic codes are listed in the manual.  Start with the first code and repair that.  Then keep going through until you have replaced or repaired the problems.  Auto Zone will also have a sensor tester and can tell you if any sensor is good or bad.  It's cheeper to test them than just replace them.
