Dodge Repair: 1999 Grand Caravan Rear window not working, grand caravan, volt meter

About three years ago the driver's side rear window motor wuit working, fortunately closed.

Then about 6 months after that. it started working just fine again.  Now, about a year after ir resumed working it stopped working again, this time open. I closed it manually. Is this a problem I can fix myself? I have checked all fuses and nothing seems amiss.

You will have to take the inside door panel off.  Look to see if anything has come unplugged.  If it hasn't Then you will have to take a volt meter and see if there is power comming to the switch and then the motor.  Then replace the burned out part.
