1974 dodge dart 318 no spark got new ballast resistor new coil,magnetic pick-up in distrutor still no srark?

I will try and help but this honestly is long before my time.  One of the other two guys might be better suited for the job.  But here goes.

Check for 12 volts at the coil.  Use chassis ground with a test light to the positive side of the coil and also the negative side of the coil to the positive side.  This will verify that you have power and that you have good ground.

Do you have access to any wiring diagrams that you can either scan or link to so I can check them out?  The only thing I've got is stuff dating back to early 80's which is more complex due to emissions and computerized fuel management.
