Hi,

My a/c works great, but it only works on high.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

It sounds like the blower motor resistor has failed on you.  This condition will cause the fan speed, regardless of a/c or not, to only work in the high speed setting.  The blower motor resistor is located on the passenger side of the engine bay and has near the strut tower.  It should have about 6-8 wires coming out of it and is held in by two screws.

1997 year model vans also required a wiring harness repair/change so you may also need to inspect the wiring and pins in the connector for the blower motor resistor.
