Dodge Repair: Power windows inop, dodge ram 1500, power window switch

Question
I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 4 door. All 4 power windows went out at once. I forst checked all fuses for power on both sides including the bigger square ones with the clear plastic cover. Next I checked all the relays (5 I think) and since being all the same part # swapped all of them with no help. Next I checked for power at the drivers switch. I have 12 volts at the fwd plug (power mirrors side) and 5.4 volts on 1 pin of the aft plug? I figured that that part having a circuit bord inside may have lost a internal ground so I replaced it, No help and of course Dodge won t refund my 72 bucks being a electrical part. I really cant think of too much more to tell other than everthing in the electrical system is ok except the windows. None will operate even with the drivers disconected. I do not hear the relay click, if it should, when I push any switch. I looked for a Haynes book today and no one had it. All I know to do know is start shooting wires. Please help!

Answer
WIRING VOLTAGE TEST
This test determines whether or not voltage is continuous through the body harness to the front switch.

1)Remove the Driver Door Module
2)Disconnect wire connector from back of power window switch.
3)turn ignition to the ON position.
4)Connect the clip end of a test light to Pin 14 of the window switch harness connector. Touch the test light probe to Pin 10.
If the test light illuminates, the wiring circuit between the battery and switch is OK.
If the lamp does not illuminate, first check the fuse. Then check the circuit breaker located near the park brake. pedal. If fuse and circuit breaker are OK, then check for a broken wire.
