Dodge Repair: !998 Dodge Caravan A/C, dodge caravan, fuses

My AC seems to be blowing warm air,  i checked the fuses and they are good, but when you cut the AC on, the clutch on the compressor dont engage.  With the car off you can manually turn it so its not ceased up and I also checked the pressure on the low side and it said it was higher than it suppose to be. Summer is here  and i need some relief.

How did you check the lowside pressure?
When the system is not running, the Lowside and the High
side will become equal.  There is only truly a low side
when the compressor is running.
You probably have lost your charge, I would recommend
taking it into a shop to have it leak tested, and
recharged.
