1992 dodge caravan 3.3
turn key forward and get nothing, no clicking from starter or any noise. lights on dash come on so its getting power,,,check engie,oil ect...
sumthimes if u hold key forward for 5-10 sec it will just start tunin over.
this comes and goes.as it wishes....sumeone said it a flatspot on the starter to replace it
sumone else sez its the key igintion switch that was replaced a year ago with a after market one?
wich is it?

Wow, your really testing my memory with a 92!!!!
Back in the day, Alot of Caravans had trouble with
the starter solenoide contacts.  A kit was available
from the dealer to repair them.
Im sorry, but I can remember if your van was one that
had the problem.
I think I would go with the guy that said the starter is the trouble.
Oh yea, you said that if you hold the key forward, it
will just start turning over. When it does that, does it start and run?
