problem rear left breke locking rotor over heet
new brekes rotor problem persist waht can i do?

Hello,
Check that the shoes or pads are not contaminated.
Check that the park brake cable is not partially applied.
Check fot broken of improper installation of pads/shoes/
or brake hardware.
Check that the tire is properly inflated, and that the
spindle or axle is not bent, causing the tire to
have less traction that the other one because it is
riding on its edge.
Check for drum/rotor damage.
