Dodge Repair: 1995 Dodge Neon Power Steering?, dodge neon, head gaskets

hello, well recently i feel i have replaced everything on my neon.  i had a new fuel pump, battery, head gasket of course (4th time), altenator, starter. And now when i started the car it is making a very loud noise and appears to be smoking from the power steering unit.  it was giving me problems with stalling recently.  what could be the problem this time? please advise.. thanks

this is a bad power stearling pump.
What is going on is the pump is sizeing up where the belt goes and causeing to smoke.

Have it replaced and u should be fine.

Good luck with your neon sounds like you have spent a lot of money on this car . Yes i know there are known for head gaskets.
