Dodge Repair: Dodge Stratus TCM, obd 2 scanner, dear pete

Dear Pete,
We have a 99 stratus. My husband has a OBD-2 scanner codes retrieved are PO700 and PO732. Could you tell us what these codes mean?
Our daughter was driving car when it all at once sounded like it was it was stuck in 2nd gear. When she stoped to check it wound no longer go forward or backward. After it sat a few hours it had forward but no reverse.

the first thing you want to do is try to reset the compuiter .

By removeing the neg calble for 5 min. And then hook it back up if no reselts.
Get it to a tranny shop and have them check the tranny with that code u are giveing me it means bad clutch.
And the tranny would have to be rebult .
