Dodge Repair: Engine fan not shutting off, dodge grand caravan, grand caravan

Hi, I just had my oil changed today (2001 Dodge Grand Caravan)and when I left my engine light came on so I went back.  They were looking at it and asked if someone messed with my wiring.  (I've had the car since new-nothing touched)  Now my engine fan will not shut off.  They sent me to their other shop and said they would put it on a diagnostic test and after they did said something about my emissions.  They got the fan to turn off so I left.  Not but a mile later my light came on again and now my fan won't shut off at all.  My husband called them and they said no code came up on the test and ended up hanging up on him.  They wouldn't give him the owners name or let him leave a number to be called back.  Please help!  I have no idea what they could have did to my van.

you get the car to a good shop they have crossed some wires . bring your car to your mech.
And tell him to right the bill out to the oil change place.

I have heard of this a lot and had pelpole come to me with your same problem because they hire kids to change oil bad bunniness pete
