Dodge Repair: 93 Dodge Dynasty and flasher, dodge dynasty, fuse box

I've been having problems with my blinkers lately.  For some reason they're blinking slower than normal and not as bright.  At first I thought the bulbs might be going out but then I thought it was sort of odd how both blinkers were doing the same thing in the front and the back.  Therefore, that would mean all of the bulbs were going out.  

Then someone suggested that it might be a flasher.  Therefore, I bought one and I can't figure out where it goes.  Everyone says it should be by the fuse box inside the car or under the hood, or near the steering column.  I've checked all of these places and I don't see anything like the flasher I purchased.  One of the guys at Murray's even came out since I couldn't find it.  Needless to say, they couldn't find it either and it wasn't specified in the book.  

So, I guess my questions are 1) Does this problem sound like the flasher? and 2)Where exactly does the flasher go in a 93 Dodge Dynasty?  Thanks in advance for answering my question.  It'll be a big help!

The flasher is behind the glove box and it does sound like a weak flasher or a ground probem i would do the flasher first. you must remove the glove box ti install the new flasher . If u need more help just let me know hun and u have a pretty name pete
