Dodge Repair: Dodge neon horn and windshield fluid not working, dodge neon, fuse box

Pardon my ignorance, but I am trying to fix my daughter's 2001 Dodge Neon's horn and wiper fluid system.  She does not get any wiper fluid and her horn just clicks when pushed.  I checked the fuse box for the horn..O.K. I looked at all of the hoses of the wiper fluid but don't see any kinks.  I am a mom with little knowledge but would like to help her fix it if I can.  Thanks a ton.  Glad there are smart people like you!  I can't find anything on the net about how to fix dodge horns.  THANKS and God Bless

on the horn first check the wires going to the horn make sure what the ground is on good . this is a common problem on horns if not check the horn relay switch it is the relay by the battery.

on the wiper the motor is in the wiper motor sep. from the movent of the wipers it could be a bad motor . check u can by just the small motor for the wiper to work the winshild squirts .
