Dodge Repair: To many problems at once, seems to be electrical.., egr valve, tork converter

I have a '93 Dodge Intrepid. It has a lot of problems happening at once, but here are a few of the BIG ones:

check engin light comes on most of the time, the first time it comes on for the day, it kinda acts like its not getting enough of something, like it wants to boge down. just slitly tho.

tranny/motor slams when i trying to pass someoneg, its like it has lost function and just stop, then it will remember again and do the slamming thing again. After that will run better, well it wont slam itself around.  (only happens every-once-in-a-while)

doest excelerate very well from complete stops.

when starting the car, the gages; gas, temp., tack;and dash lights; oil, set belt, air bag, tranny position, and so on, wont come on.  the car will start, and u can drive, but it acts like the fans arent working (steam came out of dip stick for oil) and it wont get out of first. sometimes, when u drive with it acting like that the gages will come on, and at the same time the car will lunge foward. so i have to turn the car off and on (not start it) till i see all the right lights coming on in the dash.

Ok that was really long sorry! Two more things we have recently had the tranny worked/changed on (think it was rebuilt), it needed a new tork converter. It has error codes 12, 66, 32, 55. I understand 12 and 55. I would like to know if the EGR and PCM circuits is causeing this headache.

this is a bad compuiter you can go to the sallavge yard and get another one for 50 dollors fits in the left fender well very easy to change .the egr valve could be ok . first change the compuiter and then if problems get back to me the compuiter even shifts the car .
