Auto body repair & detailing: frame, best bet, measuring systems

Question
I have an '03 grand am that has been in a wreck.  I think the frame has been jarred.  How do I tell if they properly fixed the frame?

Answer
Some repair shops have computerized measuring systems and you could request a copy of the printout that would show measurements before and after repairs.Generally if a frame has not been properly repaired lines and gaps would not look right. If you have any doubts about the integrity of a repair you can have another repair facility check out the other shops work. The charge for this would be minimal if not free.As with any service the best bet is to ask other people if they have had a good experience with the service and quality of repairs from a place of business. I hope this will give you some direction.Good luck
