Dodge Repair: Dodge Caravan 1993 3.3 v6, power door locks, dodge caravan

Hello,
My problem mainly constists of non working gauges panel - none of the gauges work (tahometre, speedometre, fuel, battery, etc.) The only lamp that works there is Check gauges. Additional signs of the problem - when i open/close door (the open door detector clicks) - few lamps on the panel including illumination blink very fast through relay few times (3 or for). When the engine is not started, power door locks work both ways, when i start engine - the door locks on both sides work only to open and do not work to close. Illumination on the pannel is very faded when the engine is started (the dimmer is turned to max). All fuzes are 100% working - i checked all of them - 0 Om. Can you please tell me where the problem lies?

Sounds like a computer problem to me, though this is pretty hard to determine from across the country. I would have a mechanic hook up a code reader/scanner to it and see what it holds. Send me back the codes if you can get them and I can help to determine the problem better.
