Dodge Repair: 1997 dodge Neon, dodge neon, terriable

For a few weeks I have had a code 21 and 55 and I just let it go no biggie it ran fine then.  Then it started runnning terriable it was stalling and surging and I pulled codes then and it was now 12,21,24,55. So I went and got one of the sensor to take care of code 24 and car is getton worse. Now I have code 17,12,61,55. A friend was help me look it over one day he said he seen the PCM smoking..............what do I do replace all these sensor or go get a PCM and try that. I am sure a bad PCM can give false code right?

Replace the PCM, it's setting a false code of 61, codes only go up to 55. Code 55 is merely end of codes, it means nothing. I will get back to you in a day or so as to what the other codes mean, I've got books here on all of Chrysler's computer codes, just have to find them.
