Dodge Repair: 1999 Dodge Intrepid, 1999 dodge intrepid, dodge intrepid

Hi Wondering if somehow i can narrow down the problem. I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid with a 2.7 engine in it. REcently i started noticing wheni get in the car in the morning i have to turn the key 5 times before it will start. No clicking noise or anything happens when i turn the key it just doesn't start. Then all of a sudden it starts. Yesterday the battery light came on while driving, so i drove home parked it and then decided to take it to midas. I did and the battery didn't come back on. They said they ran tests for the battery and the battery looked so-so and the alternator looks to be working fine. What could be causing this? A bad battery? Or is it the alternator or starter? Also, there are times where i get in the car in the morning and it starts right up with no problem and the whole day will go w/out a problem. If it is the alternator how much does that cost for repair?

this is a bad starter it is on the way out and also a bad starter can run the battery down to it should be changed in my shop as far as price it would be 175 in my shop orher shops should be around the sane price . good luck to you hun and if u need more help just let me know u have a pretty name please rate my serivice pete
