Dodge Repair: starting problems, dodge van, starter fluid

1986 Dodge Van
Motor:318 V8
Last time driven was fine
problem seemed like no gas was getting to carb. Fuel pump and filter was changed. Distributor cap and rotor was replaced. The Module Control unit was replaced.  I tried spraying starter fluid in the carb and still will not start. I am out of suggestions.  Pleae help.

are you sure you are geting spark?
and do you know u might have got a bad fuel pump off the shelf at the parts store it can happen.

and thire is a balest resister on the fire wall it works the eng system it is a small block with a long wire this could be shot . check this and change only 10 dollors for part . please rate my serivice pete
