Dodge Repair: starting 99 dodge grand caraven, lock smith, steering wheel

My wife tried to start the van this morning and after it failed to turn over, she tried wiggling the steering wheel and try again. She said the steering wheel locked, brakes locked, and now the key will not turn. It does have a full charge, but does nothing. Please help! Thanks, Shawn.

this is a pin in the colluim when you put the key in it is not realeasing . it will need to have the eng. switc pulled and the pin changed . is not a really big job about 150 in a good shop 200 for lock smith . please rate my serivice pete
