Dodge Repair: dodge k car start /stall problem, tune up, thanks in advance

My mother has a 88 k car. when the weather got really cold a couple of days ago the car would not start. It ran fine the day before. When starting it attempted to turn over, but would not start. She took it to a mechcanic who said it was a tune up that she needed. The car started fine after that but now it stalls at lights or when idling. Whats wrong with it? I don't think it needed a tune up, I think the plugs were just fouled for trying to turn it over so many times.

Good for u you are right about the plugs he should have changed the 02 senser . this is common in k cars the 02 senser will make them stall have it changed and stay away from the mech. who did the tune up . Good luck to you and your mother hun and you have a pretty name . please rate my serive pete
