Dodge Repair: 1992 Dodge Shadow hesitation, dodge shadow, sparkplug wires

I recently bought a 1992 Dodge Shadow, with a 2.2L TBI non-turbo engine. Car has 81K original miles. My problem is that when I accelerate, the car hesitates and then goes and then hesitates and then goes, it does it morw when it's warm out. Any ideas ?

there are so many things that can cause that problem. The first and cheepest would be to check the sparkplug wires.

Are they breaking down?  The next thing would be is the fuel system cloged?  Has the fuel filter ever been changed?


All of these thing would give you the same problem. And this does not even take into account the computer system.

Check the basics first and see what happens.

You may just need a new fuel filter.
