Dodge Repair: 97 dodge stratus, dodge stratus, nuetral

Hi, I have a 97 dodge stratus. One day i was driving down the road and i ran out of gas because i couldnt get gas until i got payed. My car died but i was able to put it in nuetral and coast into the gas station. I filled up my car but it wouldnt start. Im not getting any spark. I dont think there is a fuel reset switch. and my battery is fully charged. It turns over but it wont start. I cant figure out the problem. Right now i have a truck that gets about 10 miles a gallon and the gas prices are killing me. If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

You may want to look at the crank and cam sensors.  They more less take the place of the distribtor. I think they just happened to go at the same time you ran out of gas.. or they could have broken and you just thought you were all out when in fact you had maybe a gallon or so.
