Dodge Repair: Flasher, fuse box, hazard light

Question
I have a 1995 Dodge Intrepid and my turn signals and hazard light quit working. I bought what they assured me was the correct flasher but I can't find where it would go. It isn't under the dash or the hood. Where is it? Or did they give me the wrong flasher?

it is in the fuse box in side the car under the dash u will see a plate mared fuse box . good luck to u hun and u know what if u bring it back to where u bought the flashers they just might outt them in free of charge and u have a prety name pete
