Ford Repair: issue with steering, steering wheel, universal joint

This is the problem...usually after making a 90 degree right hand turn, the steering will pull against me then if i pull to the left it will then pull to the left against me.  I fight the steering wheel to stay in the roadway.

i need to know what kind of vehicke this is.. most of the time, whether it's an f150 or 250- the steering shaft is binding up. open the hood and follow the steering shaft from the column to the box- you will find a universal joint between. spray this down for a few minutes with rust penetrant or p.b. blaster while an assistant turns the wheel back and forth
