Ford Repair: 2005 Explorer Sport trac power door locks, explorer sport trac, rubber grommet

The power door locks on my 2005 Sport Trac will not unlock with the remote or by the switch inside the vehicle.The doors will lock no problem. Also when they are locked the key will not open the drivers door. I think its the unlock relay but i can locate it if that is the problem>

open the driver's door. you will see a rubber grommet between the door and the body. push the right side of the grommet/hose into the body, remove the left side from the door. using a razor knife. you will have two little slits you'll need to cut to remove the hose from the door. once done. you will find one or more broken wires ( usually the ground/black wire ) broken.. very common concern. Repair this wire and the others you  see. get back to me. thanks -b-
