Ford Repair: timing chain on ford f150 2000 romeo motor, crank shaft, cam gears

I have a timing chain assembly to install and would like to know how to time it correctly and position all of the timing marks.

the cranks shaft gear should have a dot on it. set that straight down. the two cam gears should also have a mark. lay the two chains on a flat surface. the black marks or blue painted links  on the chains should be opposite each other. when you align one black mark or blue links from the chain to the crank shaft. it should line up with the cam gears. also, go to you tube. type  " how to set the timing chains on my ???? " you will be able to find a video on how to do this.
