Ford Repair: 2003 Ford Explorer windows dont work, broken wires, test light

None of the windows work I pulled the divers door interior off checked power to the switch with a test light.I have power to the switch and checked wires going to the drivers side motor and showed power but nothing works.Not sure what to check next.

open the driver's door. between the door and the body you will see a black hose where the harness runs through. push the right side of the hose/grommet into the body. remove the hose from the driver's door, you will need to cut part of the hose on the driver's side to pull the hose out of the way. inside you will most likely find multiple cracked and or broken wires. this vehicle was common for this and you lose the ground to the switch. check this and please get back to me. thanks and take care..  -b-
